Her work brings clarity to competing priorities, keeps collaborators aligned, and ensures every moving piece supports the larger vision and mission.

Stillwater grew out of the work we loved most: helping people see what's possible, then figuring out how to make it happen.

We met while in talent management, where our work went far beyond managing deals. We got to know the people behind the expertise—their ideas, ambitions, values, the missions that drove them, and the impact they sought to have on the world.
